When a new client is created enter the information into Monday.com and to this New Client form for contact. 

The client will be contacted starting in 10 days through 90 days until they enter their information in the refinancing form.

90 Day Client Entry

This is generally entered by the client on timesharerefi.com/refinance

If the client is having trouble email them after 90 days and enter their information here.

***When a client refinance form is received enter the client information into Monday.com in the TSR list.

When documents are received via email, verify the documents and determine if the correct information was received.

If the information is correct, update the status in Monday.com, save the files to the TSR file in Monday.com and enter the name and email in this form for contact. 

If the information is incorrect contact the client by email to let them know of the deficiency.

Lender Information

10 Days After Docs Received / Client Push

10 Days after the document received form has been entered, enter the same information into the Lender Information form and update the status on Monday.com under TSR.

This will notify the lender and the client.
